The Bad Kreuznach town council is gradually converting the former sports field in Ippesheim into a multifunctional play and leisure area. In reports in the "Oeffentlichen Anzeiger" (October 26) and the Allgemeine Zeitung Bad Kreuznach (October 27), the head of the village, Bernd Burghardt, was quoted as saying that "so little" had happened in Ippesheim after three years. A "sign that something is happening" is still required.
