Cycling is not permitted on the Pouilly Bridge in Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg. Nevertheless, many cyclists cross the bridge. This causes a lot of noise due to the rattling wooden planks - much to the annoyance of local residents. The city of Bad Kreuznach has therefore installed bollards at several points on the bridge to encourage cyclists to dismount and push their bikes. This is also intended to increase safety for pedestrians on the bridge.
