After the main committee had already given the green light in January, it is now official: the city of Bad Kreuznach is a member of the "Mayors for Peace" organization. On Monday, Lord Mayor Dr. Heike Kaster-Meurer received the membership certificate in the presence of Anneliese Wolf, Jochen Dohm and Ursula Mathern. The Kreuznach citizens of the "Active for Peace Bad Kreuznach" network had proposed the membership to the city council. The "Post from Hiroshima" will now adorn a wall in the town hall.
