The bridge house at Mannheimer Straße 94, also known as the house with the Swedish ball, shows considerable damage to the supporting structure. This is the conclusion reached by the Bad Kreuznach architect Sandro Ferri, who is restoring the historic building for the Bingen entrepreneur and owner, Klaus Endemann.
