A symposium on the topic of female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) was initiated by the city's Office for Children and Youth in Bad Kreuznach. The event was held in cooperation with the FIM (Frauenrecht ist Menschenrecht) advice center from Frankfurt and many interested experts from advice centers, youth welfare organizations and employees of the Office for Children and Youth.
