Neustadt has gained an attractive building: the house at Eiermarkt 11 (before and after photo) has been renovated and modernized with 50,000 euros in urban development funding. Homeowners in Neustadt, the Pariser Viertel and the Bad Münster spa area can benefit from such a grant. This is because the city of Bad Kreuznach supports private modernization and repair work by participating in nationwide funding programmes. The long-term goal is to make the residential environment in the three subsidized areas more attractive and to revitalize it.
