City pushes ahead with digitization in daycare centers - 50,000 euros for hardware and training

The city of Bad Kreuznach is pushing ahead with digitalization in its 18 daycare centres. In recent months, all daycare centers have been equipped with basic hardware (laptops and tablets) in line with their size and the Wi-Fi in the buildings has been expanded. The city council is providing 50,000 euros in personnel and material costs for this. The funds come from the state program Kita! The campaign is primarily intended to expand the work with children and parents to include digital methods, promote children's media skills and improve equal opportunities through digital media.
