Schools, artists' groups and charitable initiatives can advertise their projects or causes free of charge at prominent locations in the city. "For this purpose, we are leaving billboards on which the parties have advertised their candidates for the state elections," says Lord Mayor Dr. Heike Kaster-Meurer. The billboards can also be used by the retail trade as a whole (e.g. "We are Kreuznach").
