The Sparkasse Rhein-Nahe head office building on Kornmarkt will now officially belong to the city of Bad Kreuznach from January 1, 2023. The sale of the building was notarized on 22 December. In agreement between the city and Sparkasse, the latter will gradually vacate the office space it uses and has sublet in some cases, so that the city can carry out the necessary renovation and refurbishment work and ultimately move in. The Bad Kreuznach town hall will then be fully operational at the beginning of 2024.
