In the third judicial review proceedings against a statute on levying the tourism contribution, the 6th Senate of the Koblenz Higher Administrative Court has rejected the application of a Bad Kreuznach restaurateur to also declare the statute of October 5, 2021 invalid. The court has not allowed an appeal against the ruling. The non-admission of the appeal can be challenged within one month with an appeal to the Federal Administrative Court.
