Daycare centers take care of children - this sentence is now only partially true. More and more daycare centers are developing into family centers. The state supports them with the Kita!Plus program. An important building block here is the "quality development in discourse" approach. The municipal daycare centers St. Franziskus and Steinkaut have now become the first daycare centers in Rhineland-Palatinate to receive the follow-up certificate following their initial certification in 2015.
