Just over two years ago, Gewobau purchased the listed Planiger Rathaus and Zehntscheuer ensemble from the city of Bad Kreuznach. In 2020/21, the historic building at Mainzer Straße 85, which has a strong impact on the town center, will be renovated and converted. Lord Mayor and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board Dr. Heike Kaster-Meurer and Gewobau Managing Director Karl-Heinz Seeger presented the plans to representatives of the local advisory council, the cultural initiative "Mein schönes Planig e.V." and the press at an on-site meeting.
