The municipal public order office would like to regulate parking in Planiger Straße from Burgenlandstraße out of town. This is because the disorderly parking habits on the sidewalks there have reached such proportions that they can no longer be tolerated. There are currently no regulations on parking on the sidewalks in the street. The Highway Code also makes no distinction between vehicles that park "properly" on the sidewalk and those that park "improperly". The public order office therefore wants to mark parking spaces.
