A lot has happened in the Bad Kreuznach real estate market in recent years. The Office for Economic Development and Real Estate has therefore revised the old rent index from 2016 together with the owners' association Haus & Grund and the Bad Kreuznach rental and leasing association. Following extensive data collection and analysis, the new rent index and online rent calculator are now available.
