Since 2019, a modern extension with a canteen and gymnastics room has been added to Planig elementary school. The existing play areas on the outdoor grounds are also to be extended. Following a unanimous decision by the school board, the education authority and the building department of Bad Kreuznach city council are now implementing the plans. During the summer vacations, a multifunctional small playing field will be built behind the school playground. The work for the playing field surface has already been awarded and the civil engineering work is about to begin.
