The city council's efforts to unseal and green the "Auf den zehn Morgen" development area in Ippesheim are bearing fruit. After the building inspectorate had provided the residents with intensive advice and information over the past few months, they voluntarily and exemplarily implemented the requirements set out in the development plan within the agreed deadline (April 30) or will do so shortly. The administration was supported in this by the Bad Kreuznach Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU).
