At its meeting yesterday (December 16), the city council approved the conclusion of two leasehold contracts with the Catholic parish of Heilig Kreuz for the St. Nikolaus and St. Wolfgang kindergarten buildings. The submitted usage agreement and the usage agreements with Katholische Kita gGmbH Koblenz for the two daycare centers were also approved. This means that the takeover of the property management for the two facilities, which was approved by the city council in May 2019, is now a done deal.
