2011 euros to save the Brückenhaus - that's how much was raised at the auction of Peter Trautmann's Brückenhaus paintings. Jutta Staudt and Udo Blätz placed the highest bids and bought the two 55 x 66 centimeter collages with stencil printing in the style of Andy Warhol. Today, the bids and the winning pictures were officially presented by Lord Mayor Dr. Heike Kaster-Meurer and Trautmann in the Stadthaus. The highest bidder, Jutta Staudt, was also present and was visibly delighted to be able to call the picture with the blue background her own.
