The "25th Parkmusik Neue Ho(e)rizonte - Nordlichter" will take place for the last time on August 28 and 29. This was Sigune von Osten's wish before she passed away on July 8 at the Trombacher Hof. The singer, composer, performer and director founded this unique festival in 1996 and opened her farm and workplace once a year for it. "In Sigune von Osten, the cultural world has lost one of the most important interpreters of new music," writes Silke Egeler-Wittmann (former member of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Music Council) in her obituary.
