The VHS Bad Kreuznach is offering a lecture on "Andre Beitner, role model of reconciliation" on Thursday, September 30, 6.30 pm in the Haus der Stadtgeschichte, Mannheimer Straße 189. Hansjörg Rehbein, speaker at the event, has written a biography with the same title about Andre Beitner (1926-1996). Rehbein also initiated the school competition "Andre Beitner Prize - Jewish Traces in the Nahe Region" with Kurt Vittinghoff and Mathias Molitor.
